| While deicing at PRG with engines running the crew switched off the engines and APU
bleeds. After the deicing procedure the engine bleeds remained in off position and the aircraft
took off with this pressuration system configuration. At FL 100 the intermittent horn was sounded.
At FL 130 the oxigen masks came out. At Fl 150 the crew stopped climbing and declaired emergency.
The crew noticed the engine bleeds switches were in off position and they switched them on.
Thereafter the air pressuration system started to work normally, the crew withdraw emergency and
continued its flight to BUD. |
