PHILADELPHIA-The Coast Guard says it plans to suspend its search for two tourists left missing when the duck boat they were riding in was struck by a barge on the Delaware River.
Civilian search and rescue official David Umberger said Thursday evening that the Coast Guard will soon end its search for survivors of the accident in Philadelphia.
Thirty-seven people were thrown overboard Wednesday afternoon when the barge slammed into a duck boat that
stalled in the Delaware River.
The boat sank and two Hungarian students, ages 16 and 20, have not been found.
The others on board were not hurt seriously.
