2010. március 15-én 9 óra 36 perckor a Miskolc Rendező pályaudvarról kihaladó 53410 sz.vonatba besorozott 33 51 795 2507-6 pályaszámú. kocsi  az 520. sz. váltó előtt négy tengellyel kisiklott. A jármű siklása következtében a vonatban elé és mögé sorozott kocsik is kisiklottak. 
Az eset következtében az 520 és 521 sz. váltók súlyosan megrongálódtak. Személyi sérülés nem történt.

On 15 March 2010 at 9:36, wagon reg. no. 33 51 795 2507-6 of train no. 53410 derailed with 4 axles before points no. 520 when departing from Miskolc marshalling yard. As a consequence of this derailment, the wagon in front of and one behind wagon no.33 51 795 2507-6 also derailed. Points no. 520 and  521 sustained serious damage. No one was injured.
