Philly tourist boat overturns; rescue underway
Philadelphia police say a tourist ride has overturned after it collided with a barge in the Delaware River and that people are being rescued from the water.
Officer Christine O'Brien, a police department spokeswoman, says more than 30 people were aboard the popular amphibious "duck boat" ride.
She says police marine units and the Coast Guard are responding, but there is no immediate information on any injuries.

Rescue Efforts Underway After Tour Boat Accident
PHILADELPHIA (CBS 3) ―
Crews scrambled to several dozen passengers after a tour boat overturned in the Delaware River Wednesday afternoon.
Chopper 3 HD is over the 500 block of South Columbus Boulevard after reports an accident involving a duck boat at about 2:30 p.m.
Accounts from the scene say a barge being pushed by a tugboat collided with the popular tourist attraction after it entered the water near Penn's Landing. Witnesses say passengers attempted to get the tugboat's attention, but were forced to jumped into the river as the barge struck the boat.
Approximately 30 people are believed to have been aboard the boat at the time of the crash. The number and extent of any injuries is unknown. Area hospitals have been put on alert.
